Shipping & Global Delivery

Hailian provides secure, premium global shipping to ensure your luxury investments arrive safely and promptly. Each package is fully insured during transit and requires a signature upon delivery to guarantee secure handover.

We partner with leading express couriers (including DHL, FedEx, and UPS) to offer expedited delivery services:

  • United States & Europe: 3–5 business days

  • Rest of the World: 5–9 business days

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours on business days. Once dispatched, a tracking number and a direct courier link will be sent to your email, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to local customs duties and taxes according to the destination country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
